Girls Classes

Basic skills are taught on all the women's gymnastics apparatus, including vault, bars, beam, floor tumbling, dance elements and trampoline. Self-discipline and organization are great side benefits of the concentration required to successfully perform skills. Creativity occurs at the upper levels through the unique combination of skills.
